How long do we work together? +
Our retainer services (social media management and content creation) run on a 3-month minimum contract. This gives us enough time to build momentum, refine the strategy, and start seeing meaningful, measurable results.
What if I can't commit to a 3-month agreement? +
We understand — not everyone is ready for a full retainer. We do offer project-based services for branding and website design that don't require a long-term commitment. Book a discovery call and we'll figure out what works best for you.
How do we communicate? +
We primarily communicate via email and a dedicated client portal where you can track progress, review content, and send feedback. We also schedule regular monthly check-in calls to review performance and align on strategy.

What is the investment for social media management?
Our social media management packages are customised based on your needs, platforms, and posting frequency. Pricing starts from a set monthly rate — book a discovery call to get a tailored quote for your brand.
How do I make payments?
Payments are made monthly via invoice, due at the start of each month. We accept bank transfers and digital payment methods. For project-based work, we require a 50% deposit to begin.
What if I need to pause or cancel my services?
We understand life happens. You can pause or cancel services with 30 days written notice after your initial contract period. We're always happy to find a solution that works for both parties.
When do I start my payments?
Your first payment is due upon signing your contract and before any work begins. Subsequent monthly payments are invoiced on the same date each month going forward.
